12. How I found out about blogs and why I made one.
When Josh and I moved back from Sandy at the end of '07, Tara told me about blogs. I had heard about them but never gave it a thought to start one, I'm just a boring girl from Utah. But after seeing her's, it seemed like a great way to journal. I've never been very good at keeping my journal and this seemed a lot easier. It's a great way to kind of scrapbook, too. I started mine November 22, 2007 and have loved it. I've met some really great people through my blog and I love that no matter where the people that we love are we can share our lives with them. I love personalizing the look of it whenever I want and I love learning new things about it. Tara made a book for my birthday this year, since I never did it myself, and I love that I can chronicle each year of our life. It introduced me to the world of photography which I have just fallen in love with and I love looking at other people's pictures. People have said that nobody blogs anymore because of Facebook but Facebook is nothing compared to blogs. I love blogging.
