My 27th Year and Decisions and Love Day

Today is my 27th birthday. We went up to my mom and dad's last night for dinner and hung out with them. We didn't do much to celebrate today, just hung out all day watching tv. Tonight we went to Layton to go eat at our favorite restaurant, Red Lobster.

I feel too young to be 27. I still feel like I'm 21 years old. Time flies by too fast!

Josh and I have had an interesting weekend and we realize we can't live without each other. He's been looking for a job for 4 months now and he finally got 2 job offers down in Salt Lake and Provo. He will have to live down there for work until we hear about something he's been working on up here. We had a hard Sunday night trying to decided which job he should take. We don't want to live without and each other even for just a week, it would just be too hard. In the 8 years we've been together, we've never spent more than a night apart. I wish the thing he's been working on up here would have been decided a long time ago...then this mess would all be figured out. Either we're staying or were moving. Josh is a stressed out mess. We've prayed a lot though and know no matter what, it will be fine.

Valentine's Day was good though. We didn't go anywhere, just stayed home and rented movies. We watched Superbad, I love that movie! We also got Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist, I loved that one, too, and Step Brothers, it was pretty funny. I just love spending time with Josh, it doesn't matter what we're doing as long as I'm with him.

Thanks everyone for the birthday calls, emails and texts. You're all so nice and I love you all.

Why The Dentist Scares Me

This is so dang funny! I'd kind of be pissed if this was my kid though, at first, then I'd have a good laugh!

Girls Night

Last night I went out with two of my best friends from high school, Jessie and Vicki. We went to Fredrico's and caught up on each others lives. I really haven't seen them in so long, it's been years! After dinner we wanted to go see a movie but all the movies here start before 7 pm and we were too late for that, and the next showing isn't until around 9 pm and I had to work the next day. So we decided to go see Twilight, again because we all love it, at the cheap seats but it was sold out! So we just went to Cold Stone and got some yummy ice cream and talked and laughed some more. I brought my camera but forgot to take a picture of us.
It was so fun to see them, I have so many fun memories of them. A lot of them are from dancing since Vicki and I were on a dance team together since we were like 9 or 10, then all three of us were on our high school's drill team together. Playing Barbies with Vicki and my little brother and sister had to tag along. All the fun times the three of us had on our drill team. Our fun and crazy weekend nights! All the sleep overs, lots of fun memories. I love those girls. We really need to get together more often.

I Have No Words!

I've been laughing so hard for the past hour, I can't see from all the tears and my stomach hurts! Josh won't watch it because he says it makes him sick. He laughed at the beginning of it though. Why would this man record himself? He's definitely put in some time learning/making up choreography. Any guesses on what's changing shape in the nether regions of his leotard?

Planning a Wedding & Josh's Birthday Party

We had a birthday get together for Josh on Saturday with my family. My little sister and her fiance came home from Twin Falls to do some wedding planning so we had a party at our house while everyone was here. It was so fun to see her and Brian. We had pizza and brownies and ice cream, then Josh got these...D Willie shoes!

It was so fun to see her for a couple of hours. We went bride's maid dress shopping earlier in the day after I got off work and found nothing but we did get some ideas. Her wedding is in July and is outside so we have to find something comfortable in 100 degree heat! I'm so excited for her, I LOVED my wedding day, and Brian is such a great guy, we're so happy to have him in our family!

Happy Birthday To My Husband

My sweet husband's birthday is today. I got the day off so we could hang out all day, I love just hanging at home with him. We had a relaxing, lazy day and it was great! We went to dinner tonight to Ruby Tuesday because Josh wanted ribs. We went with Cody, Tara, Jamie and her date, Justin. We laughed and laughed. Josh, Tara and I had the worst raspberry lemonade ever, it was full of seeds and had Sprite in it, and none of us drink carbonation! Who puts Sprite in lemonade??!! It was tons of fun though. We love hanging out with those guys, when Cody and Josh get together all we do is laugh!

I'm so thankful I have Josh as my husband. He is so good to me and our furbabies. I love him with all my heart and soul. I love how he makes me laugh so much, he is so funny. I love how he dances, it's hilarious. He is just the best and I'm so glad he's mine!

Happy Tail, Hurt Boy

Happy Tail: wagging of a tail so fast that is spilts open when it comes in contact with the sharp corner of the door frame.

This boy has Happy Tail. He hasn't had it happen for such a long time until just a couple of days ago. All of a sudden there was blood on the walls and we didn't know where it was coming from then we saw his tail. It wasn't as bad as it has been in the past but I felt bad for him. He doesn't stop wagging it because Josh and I are talking to him and he wags more and more and with every wag blood is being sprayed all over. He kept trying to lick it but he was turning himself in circles trying to get it. It was dang funny!

We've tried everything but super glue to cover it up. He wags his tail so fast and hard that the coban and tape won't stay on. So we had him sit on the couch with us until it dried up.
