Winter Rarity

We have had a very mild winter this year.  We haven't had much snow and when we do it melts quickly.  So it snowed over night and I was happy to have some snow left over when I got home from work to photograph.
Wrinkles loves being outside.  She doesn't really care for the cold and I think it's been more difficult on her this year.  I think she has some arthritis developing in her legs so the cold is harder on her.  She stayed outside with me today.  I love her so much.  She is getting older and turned 12 in January.  It makes me have anxiety to think of what our house will be like when she is gone.  I can't imagine not seeing her big brown eyes everyday and not being able to play with her when she gets spunky.  And having her nibble on my toes and arms when she gets crazy.  Not seeing her smile, she really smiles, will be so heart-breaking.  She is seriously the best dog ever.  She hardly, and I really mean hardly ever barks.  She is so low maintenance but so fun.  I just love my crazy girl.

She is the sweetest girl ... it is so hard to imagine our lives without our furbabies. They really should live as long as us I think :)
