Opening Day!

Today is opening day for baseball and I am so excited!! I just hope Dish Network can get their deal worked out with MLB this year so we can get the baseball package...they couldn't come to an agreement last year so we missed seeing so many games. My Red Sox have got a great team and I am really excited for this season. Hopefully the Cardinals will have a great season this year, too, for Josh. Josh is the one who introduced me to the love of baseball and my Red Sox have won the World Series twice in the last 5 years and one of those series was against the Cardinals! That was a rough series in our house! Hope it's a good season! Play Ball!

Happy Easter

Happy Easter everyone! Hope you all are having a good day. We have just stayed home today, nothing too exciting! I went up to my mom and dad's yesterday to have dinner and color eggs. Josh stayed home because he wasn't feeling well. We've both been battling a cold. My brother went with me, his wife went down to see her family so it was just the two of us, kind of weird without our spouses. We had a yummy dinner and then we colored eggs like we were 6 years old! It was fun!

Last Weekend

Sorry I haven't posted for a while, I've been busy and sick. Last weekend I went down to Salt Lake to spend the weekend with the Bachmans. I stayed with the kids while Shannon and Arnold went out for Arnold's birthday. I got my hair done while I was down there which I needed badly! I took the kids to the Spaghetti Factory for dinner which was a lot of fun then we came home and had a slumber party. I love hanging out with these kids! I miss them so much. Then on Sunday we went and saw Horton Hears a Who. It was such a cute movie. DJ is getting into being potty trained and is doing so well so we had to visit the bathroom a couple of times during the movie. It was a great weekend with "my" kids.

Happy Spring!!

It's finally here! The first day of Spring is here. Winter is over! I am so excited for spring and summer, out come the flip flops!!! I love seeing all the tulips coming up, they are the first real sign of spring. I hope you all have a great spring and summer!

My First DigiScrap Page!!

So I made my first digiscrap page!! Yeah ME!! This page is kind of basic since I am just starting but I was so excited! It is so cool to see the kind of things you can do!! I've had Photoshop Elements 5.0 for over 2 years now and never did anything with it except for put all my pictures in albums. I knew you could scrapbook with it but never knew how and it always seemed little intimidating. Then I found a program that shows you how to do things and it so amazing what you can do. It was lots of fun and definitely addicting! I have so many pictures, it's going to be a blast! Now I just have to quit my job so I can stay home and digiscrap all day long!! I probably shouldn't be saying anything yet since it is still so early...but my brother and sister in law just found out they are pregnant!! I'm going to be an aunt and we are all so excited!! She is only about six weeks along so it is going to be a long 9 months!! Just wanted to say CONGRATS!! to Jade and Britt. We love you guys!!
