Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween! I haven't really been a big fan of this holiday since I was a little girl. I love the Halloween candy I just hate dressing up. I feel like I'm making a fool of myself every year. So for your entertainment, I decided to show you some of my past Halloween pictures. Enjoy!

What a cute little witch I was! Watch for this costume to appear again!Oh look, there's my little brother in the same witch costume I was in!! That's how we do!
My brother and sister and I hate clowns and this costume may have some responsibility for that. They are creepy with their big shoes and oversized outfits and painted faces.

That's me in the middle. I can't decide if I'm supposed to be a bat or a cat. I think a bat but with pink ears. My brother reappears as Dracula and my sweet baby sister is the cute bunny.

I think either my brother or I won for best costume at the church Halloween party. I'm sure the devil was a big hit in the stakehouse!! More creepy clowns!
I was the "old lady" in this picture. That dress was a costume for my mom and little sister for a couple of years, too.I don't know what I was going for here. Something with skeletons.

I dressed up as a fairy or something at my job in high school. That dress was my mom's prom formal...pretty fancy in the 80's!
Oh look, I found that dress again to be a dead prom queen! The dress didn't make it past that Halloween.
Cody and Tara are doing pretty good, they've gotten me to dress up two years in a row!

What A GREAT Weekend

I went to Sandy on Saturday for a long over-due stay with Shannon and the kids. It was so fun seeing them. DJ and I had so much fun together, he just loves to play, play, play. We played with the legos and built a dog and a dog house for the dog and raced cars. Shannon and Arnold went out to dinner while I stayed with the kids so we went to get some dinner and then went to Maggie Moo's to get some ice cream. It was yummy! Then we back home to watch a movie together. I love love love spending time with them and I miss seeing them all the time. DJ is so big, I can't believe it! He is my best buddy!:)

Then I was supposed to go home early Sunday morning to make it back up to Franklin to have family dinner before my brother and sister-in-law went in to be induced at midnight, but that's not exactly how things worked out!

I got a text message from my mom at about 8 am saying that Britt's water had broke and they were on their way to the hospital!! So I waited around to find out how far along she was when they checked her out. I got to the hospital around about 12:30 pm. She was just getting her epidural. After that she moved along pretty well. She had a blessing at about 4 pm or so because she was having some pain and Branson was posterior, so he was looking up instead of down. Britt was kind of scared but he turned on his own and Brittiney did great and by 5:34 Branson was born!!

It was so awesome to be there for the whole thing, amazing!! He weighed 7 lb 3 oz and is perfect! He is so cute and we all love him so much! I could just eat him up!

The Annual Halloween Party

Last night, we went to Cody and Tara's Halloween Party. Josh and I went as punks. It was lots of fun and the kids all had a blast breaking open the pinatas. We spent A LOT of hours in the tattoo shop getting all these tats done!!
