The Game Of Life

We went to my brother and sister-in-laws Friday night to hang out and play some games. We played Let's Make a Deal and Life. Let's Make a Deal was from like the 70's so all the prizes were pretty funny. Like a fridge that had a tape player built into it and some other crazy old prizes. They had a new version of Life that was really fun. You have a credit card instead of keeping track of all your money and having to count it all up at the end. It was a really fun game. I am not one who likes to play games very much but Life is a good one. I just don't like the kind of games that make a fool out of you like Cranium. I HATE Cranium. I know, I'm crazy but that's me.

Josh's Birthday Dinner at Red Lobster

Last night we went to Layton to have dinner at Red Lobster. Josh has been very strict on his diet and he wanted to go to Red Lobster for his birthday dinner. It was a very interesting night!! Even though our food took forever and the orders were all wrong and we got to hear the manager's whole life story, it was good to hang out with the Callaways. We also got gift certificates and free dessert for all of the mistakes that were made with our food. It was still lots of fun!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOSH!!

Today is Josh's birthday. He is now 32! Last night we went up to my mom's to have a little celebration with my family and today we have just hung out at home. I took the day off work to hang out with him. It's been a good day!! Happy Birthday, Honey!! I love you!

Josh The Music Man

For those of you who don't know, Josh is an amazing musician. He is so talented! He has put a few of his many songs on YouTube and now he has his own blog for his music. New Year's Eve

We went up to my mom's last night for New Year's Eve. We hung out with Jade & Brittiney and my mom and dad. It was fun. We played a heated game of Battle of the Sexes. I'm weird and don't like to play many games. I have never liked to play those games that make you feel like an idiot and put you on the spot!:) But Battle of the Sexes was fun even though it got heated. Then we played Trivial Pursuit which wasn't a good idea of a game to play at 11pm. We were all so tired! We did stay up until midnight though and watched the ball drop in NYC. Josh and I haven't stayed up on New Year's for a couple of years now ( I know, we are old!) so it was fun.
